Gamers take a chance on this "fun" Reno gambling getaway that has "everything to make you comfortable": "roomy" quarters, solid "customer service" and options for kids (watch out, there are "lots" of them); but discriminating travelers who say the "poorly" lit rooms have "noisy heaters" and "don't offer conveniences" (where's the "in-room coffeemaker"?) describe it as closer to a "motor lodge" than a resort.

Hidden resort fees, cost of food.
Hotel is not 4 star. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Food is good but expensive. Resort fees should be included in total fees, not a surprise when you check out.

The lights where good but the elevator with all glass walls were cool too.
No flat screens in all the rooms.
I am very veriest in hotels, with worldly traveling experiences. This one is a 4 to 5 star.
